Terms of sale and use

Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Unlock It website, published by [À COMPLÉTER : prénom nom ou raison sociale] (“we”), and the paid Starter and Captain plans. Creating an account means you accept the terms of use; subscribing means you accept the terms of sale.

The service

Unlock It provides a fitness program for amateur footballers, built from the information you enter (position, typical week, goal, MAS…). The Sub plan is free (week 1). The Starter plan unlocks the whole cycle, session tracking, progression and adjustments to how you feel, up to 3 sessions a week. The Captain plan adds the weak-foot bonus, gym loads calculated from your body weight and up to 4 sessions a week.

Account

You must be at least 15 years old to create an account, or have the consent of a legal guardian. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the information you enter.

Price and payment

Prices are €5.99 per month for Starter and €9.99 per month for Captain, all taxes included. TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI. A yearly plan is also offered: €59.90 per year for Starter and €99.90 per year for Captain (2 months free), charged when you subscribe and then every year on the same date. Switching from monthly to yearly takes effect immediately, pro-rated; switching back from yearly to monthly takes effect at the end of the year already paid.

Payment is made by card through our provider Stripe; we never store card details. The first month is charged when you subscribe, then every month on the same date. Switching from Starter to Captain takes effect immediately, pro-rated for the current period; switching from Captain to Starter takes effect at the end of the period already paid.

Term and cancellation

The subscription is monthly with no commitment. It renews automatically every month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your space (“Manage my subscription”): cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, during which you keep access. No pro-rata refund is made for the current period.

Right of withdrawal

For distance purchases, consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw. The paid plans' program is digital content supplied immediately after payment: in accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, by requesting immediate access and ticking the box provided before payment, you agree that performance starts before the end of that period and you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

Health and liability

The program is a general training tool, not medical advice. You train at your own risk and should adapt the intensity to your condition. Stop if you feel pain and see a health professional. We cannot be held liable for injuries caused by incorrect execution or failure to follow these instructions.

Availability

We do our best to keep the website available at all times but cannot guarantee it (maintenance, provider outages). Content may change to be improved.

Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, write to us at unlockitttt@gmail.com. If the disagreement persists, you can use the consumer mediator free of charge: [À COMPLÉTER : médiateur de la consommation et son site]. You can also use the European online dispute resolution platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. We may change them; the applicable version is the one in force on the date you subscribe or renew, and you will be informed of any significant change.
